Limited Edition Miniature Art Prints Imagine a Story

While waiting for news from publishers about various book projects I have on the go, I’ve been joyfully working on some miniature paintings.

Each of the four pictures is a story unto itself, an ode to those small, precious moments in life.

The Paintings are titled 

FAREWELL DEAR ONE

ALL ABOARD THE PACHY EXPRESS

THE PRINCE IS COMING

SORRY, CAN’T STOP TO CHAT

I make a rough sketch first. I started off with tiny miniatures, then decided that they were too small.

I use Chinese ink outline, then watercolour and lastly gouache to make some of the colours pop.

In the quiet moments between writing, I will paint more in the Imagine a Story series.

The next set of six designs will be prints as well as cards.
