This is the third year in a row that I have conducted Chinese painting workshops with the Year 7’s at Luther College and I am constantly amazed at how, in less than an hour, every student comes out with the most stunning work.

Over 200 students participated in the workshops. Unfortunately I can only display a limited number here but they were all fantastic.

I love how each artist interprets the bamboo grove and little chick in their own individual way.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At the Melbourne Writer’s Festival this year I will be conducting two Chinese painting workshops. The workshop for schools is sold out but there is one open to the public on Saturday August 24 at 12.30. It is for 8 – 12 year olds. To find out more.
